		<description>I really agree with your thoughts Kyle.  Even in my two short years of teaching, I have had many different kinds of mentors.  Last year, although I was a technology teacher, I relied on relationships in my own building.  This year, I am learning from people all over the continent.  I meet some in person and there are others that I may never meet face to face, but they can still offer help and support when needed.</description>
